Bento
Fried Chicken
Serves 4
2 pieces (500g) chicken leg
meat
a: 1 clove garlic
a: 1 clove garlic
1 tbsp sake
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
4 tbsp wheat flour
vegetable oil (as needed)
※weiners,
hard boiled eggs
[How to Cook]
① Clean and remove fat and sinew from the chicken. Cut
into large pieces. Dice garlic. Place chicken and (a) ingredients in a bowl and
marinate 20-30 minutes.
② Heat oil over medium heat. Coat the chicken in flour
and cook 4-5 minutes per side.
Tomato and Walleye Roe
Spaghetti
Serves 2
180g spaghetti
2000mL water
1, (10x10cm) sheet kombu
seaweed
10g salt
sauce
60g walleye roe
3-4 tbsp diced tomato
10g butter
finely chopped nori (as
needed)
[How to Cook]
① Put kombu, salt and water in a pot and heat. Take the
walleye roe out of the thin skin. Put butter, tomato and walleye roe in a bowl.
② Follow the directions on the spaghetti bag. When
finished, dress with the ingredients from step one (B). If you would like to
weaken the flavor, add a little water (from the spaghetti). Top with nori.
